📝 The Smoothie Room Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made via our physical location, our online store, and digital products sold through platforms like Stan Store.
1. Policy for Consumable Food & Drink Items
This section covers all freshly prepared items, including Smoothies, Juice Fusions, Acai Bowls, and Lite Bites.
- All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of these products, all sales of freshly prepared food and beverage items are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
- Quality Assurance: If you receive an item that is incorrect or unsatisfactory due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong ingredients, missing item), please notify a staff member immediately upon receipt or consumption. We will happily remake the item or offer a store credit for the cost of the item. Refunds will not be issued after the item has been consumed or taken off-premises.
2. Policy for Digital Products (E-Books, Guides, Courses)
This section applies to all digital goods sold (e.g., the 21-Day Functional Smoothies E-Book).
- Non-Refundable: Once a digital product has been purchased and the file has been successfully delivered, it is considered consumed and non-refundable.
- Exception—Duplicate Purchase: If you believe you were charged twice for the same product due to a processing error, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of the duplicate transaction, and we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.
- Access Issues: If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading or accessing your purchased guide, please contact us immediately. We will ensure the correct file is delivered to you.
3. Policy for Physical Retail Goods (Supplements, Activewear, Tools)
This section covers items purchased from our retail shop (supplements, adaptive tools, clothing, lifestyle items).
- Eligibility for Return: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Supplements/Perishables: Must be unopened, sealed, and have at least 6 months remaining before the expiration date.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If an item is defective or damaged upon purchase, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please bring the item and the receipt back within the 14-day window.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
- Sale Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded; items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be refunded.
